The Ok Forex Cup championship (www.okforexcup.com) with real and demo accounts organized by MAKE BS Ltd in collaboration with several partners – viewable in the dedicated page on this site – from now on called “Ok Forex Cup Championship“, is a competition between traders and trading methodologies that are dealt with by operating with real money and (virtual) demo money on financial markets.
The championship is meant to be a useful opportunity for comparison between trading operators and a tool for the valorisation of talents totally or partially unexpressed at international level.
The rules are simple: an initial sum is deposited on a trading account, one operates, and the winner is the one who, after deducting fees and expenses, delivers the highest performance (equity).
The competitor must participate through the broker partner INFINOX (INFINOX CAPITAL Ltd) through the registration link provided upon application through the registration form on the “Enrol” page of the Ok Forex Cup championship (https://www.okforexcup .com/enroll/). The trader will then have to provide the account number used for the competition in order to allow the team to verify the performance accrued.
In the case of participation in the REAL ranking, then with a real account, it is necessary to open a virgin account entirely dedicated to the championship with at least a 500-dollar initial deposit. There are no ceiling limits.
The rankings are shown independently of the calculation of the tax burden (it is an international championship and it is not possible to take into account the residence for tax purposes for each competitor).
REGULATIONS
1 – DEFINITION
It is possible to register for the championship no later than 1/10/2019 (1st October 2019) as the rankings may encounter inconsistencies caused by last-minute registrations, which with unreasonable, high-volume fraudulent operations may “falsify” the rankings of the competitors previously registered.
There are two categories of participation and the participant will be able to operate on all the instruments that the broker (INFINOX) will make available to them, subject to the limitations and exclusions referred to in the following paragraphs.
In the event of a real participation, the initial deposit must be equal to or greater than 500 dollars. There are no deposit limits.
In case of demo participation, the deposit must not exceed 10,000 dollars.
The one who gives the highest performance achieved in the competition period that will end on 31/12/2019 (31st December 2019), provided such performance to be positive, will be proclaimed “Winner of the Ok Forex Cup championship”. The first 10 classified will have a place in a dedicated article on the “News” page of the Ok Forex Cup and in the related 2019 winners archive.
The most performing traders will have the chance to become PAMM Managers. This possibility is at the expense of investors after the performance analysis.
If the financial intermediary (Broker) of the participant candidate does not have an agreement with the championship, the competitor will have to open a new account with the broker agreed taking advantage of the conditions it has applied.
The agreed financial intermediary will decide in absolute autonomy the economic conditions (commissions, margins, fixed expenses, interest rates, etc.) to be applied for the championship, yet it has the obligation to apply them to all the participants of its team without any distinction.
The broker is displayed on the website www.okforexcup.com and on advertising in general. To be declared winners, it is necessary to have carried out at least 10 purchase and sale transactions during the championship (one operation consists in a purchase and subsequent sale).
2 – DURATION AND ENTRY TERMS
All European citizens or citizens from other nations who have reached the age of eighteen upon application are eligible to participate in the championship.
Registration for the championship is free.
In general, it is forbidden to participate in the championship with joint accounts or with accounts held by third parties or with funds from third parties.
Furthermore, some exceptions, at the discretion of the Promoting Committee, may be taken into consideration. To register, you must fill in the form online here: https://www.okforexcup.com/enroll/
The Ok Forex Cup will send the aspiring competitor an e-mail with instructions for signing up to the Broker partner and the information necessary to complete the registration.
The Ok Forex Cup championship begins at 08.00 am on 1/12/2018 (1st December 2018) and ends at 11.00 pm on 31/12/2019 (31st December 2019). It is possible to register for the championship no later than 1/10/2019 (1st October 2019) for the issues mentioned above.

4 – PSEUDONYM (Username)
Each participant is obliged to compete in the championship under a pseudonym which he can renounce, in writing form, only in the final classification.
The Promoting Committee has the right, at its absolute discretion, not to accept pseudonyms that may cause damage to the good name of the championship or that have strong propaganda and/or commercial aims or that are generally in contrast with the philosophy and the aims of the championship itself.
5 – COMPETITION METHODS AND RANKINGS
Competitors must open an account with the broker partner INFINOX through the registration link provided upon application through the registration form on the championship page https://www.okforexcup.com/enroll/
The competitor will then have to provide the account number used for the competition in order to allow the team to verify the performance accrued.
The return is calculated by comparing the profit earned (net of trading fees and tax charges where applicable and any other expenses related to the opening and maintenance of the account and the currency of the account) to the capital (for example 1,000 euros on an initial capital of 10,000 euros provide a 10%-return for the championship).
After registration, the participant will not be able to withdraw or make further deposits on the trading account provided during registration. One of the two operations is sufficient to be immediate banned from the championship and removed from the ranking.
The one who gives the highest performance achieved in the competition period that will end on 31/12/2019 (31st December 2019), provided such performance to be positive, will be proclaimed “Winner of the Ok Forex Cup championship” for the real or demo category depending on the application made. The first 10 classified will have a place in a dedicated article on the “News” page of the Ok Forex Cup and in the related 2019 winners archive.
Once the championship is over, the rankings will not be reset: in this way, the competitors of both categories (real and demo) can continue trading with their own accounts and strategies with the new participants registered for the following year.
Competitors will be removed from the ranking after 90 days of inactivity on their trading account. In case they want to participate again they will have to open a new account with the broker partner.
6 – PUBLICATION OF THE RANKINGS
The ranking is drawn up on the basis of the percentage return compared to the invested capital.
The partial rankings for the duration of the championship are updated every Thursday. These partial rankings will be posted on https://www.okforexcup.com/classification/.
The participants, when enrolling, automatically give their authorization to the Ok Forex Cup for the publication and disclosure of the detailed and summary data of the situation of their account(s) and of the operations carried out.
7 – INSPECTION POWER
The Promoting Committee, at its discretion, in cases of competitors performing dubious transactions or in any case not representative of a real ability to manage financial markets, may, after a preventive warning, exclude such competitors from the championship.
In cases of minor gravity or manifest errors, the Promoting Committee may invalidate some transactions, deducting any profit from the overall performance calculation.
8 – EQUAL CONDITIONS
The agreed broker has the obligation to apply the same economic conditions to all the participants of their team (commissions, margins, fixed expenses, interest rates, etc.).
The broker partner provided for the championship is displayed on the website https://www.okforexcup.com/classification/ and on all the media involved in corporate communication.
9 – COMPETITOR BONA FIDE
The participant shall, according to the general civil law on the fulfilment of contractual obligations, compete fairly and in good faith and in compliance with the provisions of the supervisory and regulatory bodies of the markets in which they operate.
10 – CHAMPIONSHIP REFERRING
The referee of the competition is MAKE BS Ltd that supervises the regularity of the same and for this purpose it may inflict at its discretion any sanctions, up to the exclusion from the competition, and it proclaims the winners.
11 – COMPLAINTS
Participants may, during the course of the championship, for any irregularity they are subject to or be aware of, submit a written complaint.
Complaints must be sent by email from the address indicated upon registration (info@okforexcup.com) no later than the end of the championship.
The Promoting Committee will evaluate all possible complaints before proceeding with the proclamation of the winners. The decisions of the Promoting Committee are final and unappealable.
12 – CHAMPIONSHIP PROMOTER
The promoter of the championship monitors the regularity of the championship and at its discretion inflicts any sanctions, up to the exclusion from the championship, and proclaims the winners. Promoter of the championship is MAKE BS Ltd in its legal personality.
13 – LEGAL PROVISIONS
The Promoting Committee has the right to modify every single point of this statute both before and during the entire duration of the championship and to exclude any person whose participation may cause damage to the good name of the initiative.
14 – LIABILITY
Forex, derivatives and commodities can be highly speculative, and both losses and profits can vary rapidly and markedly.
The trading in the currencies and CFDs market carries a high level of risk that may not be suitable for all investors.
Anyone who decides to carry out a trading, speculative and investment activity does so under their entire responsibility.
The Promoting Committee disclaims all responsibility for damages, economic losses, direct or indirect damages deriving from the use of the financial instruments mentioned in this document and/or the disclosure of the information contained in this website.
